Tic Tac Toe
Tic Tac Toe is a 2 player game.
To start off, you have to set up the scoreboard. Draw a tic-tac-toe
board on the scoreboard. Throw at the
bull, one dart at a time, until you hit something *other* than
a bull. That number goes in the top left-hand square of the
tic-tac-toe board. For example, lets say it's a nine, so you
put a 9 in the top-left square. Then you work your way around the
dartboard, clockwise, moving three wedges at a time. Starting with
the 9 in our example, that means we reach the 20. So a 20 goes in
the top-center square. Three more, and you put a 4 in the top right
square. The center-left square gets a 10. Center gets a 17. Continue
this until you've filled up the board. (7, 11, 12, & 1, in the example.)
Both players throw at the bull, and the closest dart starts
the game.
In order to score on the tic-tac-toe board, you must hit a
double of that number. In our example, a double-17 would
allow you to score on the center. Some players mark their
scores with X's and O's, like regular tic-tac-toe. Some
prefer to put their initials. Regardless, like in regular
tic-tac-toe, once someone has marked a square, it stays
marked for the entire game.
You win by getting three in a row. In theory, one player
can win on one throw, by hitting three doubles that give
him three in a row.
